The Kansas Health Care Provider Insurance Availability Act is at K.S.A. 2016 Supp. 40-3401 et seq. The 2017 Legislature passed House Bill 2118 which amends a number of sections in the Act effective July 1, 2017. Those amendments are in Chapter 35 of the 2017 Session Laws of Kansas.
